Do you offer white label products to individuals, companies and organisations?

For those desiring a personalised candle collection featuring their name, logo, brand or other design on the candle glasses, we are eager to accommodate such orders.

Please reach out to us to discuss white label orders, as a comprehensive array of options is available to you. From selecting the glass size and colour to choosing from a diverse range of fragrance oils, we provide flexibility to meet your needs and preferences. It's important to note that, for legal compliance, the manufacturer must still be specified on the safety label.

What if I’m interested in wholesale orders?

If you are interested in carrying our premium scented candles or reed diffusers as stock in your business, we offer the opportunity to benefit from special wholesale prices. Please contact us directly to discuss wholesale rates, minimum order requirements and to complete a retailer application form.

We aim to review retailer applications promptly within 7 working days of receipt. We are eager to hear from you and we look forward to the prospect of working with you.

What are the delivery times?

Our normal dispatch time by Royal Mail is 24 hours on weekdays, resulting in a total delivery time of 4-5 days from the day that the order is placed for the UK mainland. It is worth noting that delivery times may vary during the Christmas period due to exceptionally high demand.

Within the Wimbledon area we offer a Local Delivery option, ensuring that products are delivered within 24 hours of the order placement, from Monday to Friday.

For international shipments we rely on the services of DPD or the Royal Mail, with delivery times ranging between 10 and 20 days.

Do you offer candle refills?

For those customers attending our monthly markets held at Wimbledon's The Piazza, we offer the option to bring in empty candle glasses for refills. The refill rate is 7 GBP for 20cl and 30cl glasses, and for the smaller 9cl glasses the refill rate is 4 GBP. Please don’t pre-wash the glasses, as our team will handle the cleaning and preparation process for the wax refill. Please note that only Eva Candles glasses qualify for refills under this program.

We began this program in 2019 to reflect our collective commitment to responsible environmental stewardship, sustainability and reducing waste, and it has attracted significant appreciation from the local Wimbledon community.

What customisation options do you offer?

Are your products suitable for vegans?

We produce our candles in a rigorous process using the highest quality wax which is 100% soy-based, flaked, paraffin-free Nature Wax C3, that is then expertly blended with 10% fragrance oils. Both of these ingredients, as attested by our highly reputable suppliers, bear the designation of being Cruelty-Free and in strict accordance with vegan-friendly standards.

Are your candles made with essential or perfume oils?

All of our scented candles are made with paraben-free fragrance oils. These oils are laboratory tested and certified and have an ideal ‘throw’ for soy wax scented candles, which means that you can enjoy more of their amazing scents from the very first time you light the candle.
